ROLE PURPOSE

Develop and propose new services and present them to Management for approval, in order to increase the profitability of the Company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Making analysis

  • Pre- and post-launch analysis of the new service
  • Conduct market research and present its analysis to Management

Development of products and services

  • Preparing Marketing Plans and seek Management Approval
  • Preparing and submitting Business Case analysis for Management Approval
  • Coordination with other units and departments of the development of new services
  • Cooperation with all departments involved

Introduction and launch of the products

  • Presentation of the newly developed services to management
  • Preparation of instructions, procedures and materials necessary for the departments  involved

Reporting and paperwork

  • Submitting reports according to internal procedures

Other responsibilities

  • Ensuring good working relationships with employees of other units
  • Developing action plans aimed at improving the creation of new services

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher (BA) Education
  • Knowledge of Mathematics
  • Analytical skills and knowledge of analytical techniques
  • Knowledge of marketing standards
  • Good knowledge of the Armenian, Russian and English languages
  • MS  Excel (good knowledge)
