Karabakh Telecom keeps on the process of evaluating “the best employee” in the service centers, due to the progress of reaching up advanced, more professional levels and due to the employee’s dedications to their charges.
On December 17th, Karabakh Telecom Costumer Care unit organized another event focusing its attention on regional CCU consultants.
The best employee selection was according to an internal secret ballot, mystery shopper’s recommendations, discipline and attendance, and the ability to fulfill the CCU standards.
At the result of the competition, Natalie Haroutunyan, HQ CCU consultant won the competition for November “best employee” month competition.
The senior consultant Marine Grigoryan also gains the “special thanks” certificate.
