Role purpose
Realize the Service Center activity coordinating with CCU Senior Consultant.
Key responsibilities
Providing sales
- Providing Internet services via PSTN line.
- Sales/provision of all kinds of devices for Internet services.
- Sales of all PSTN, GSM services, organizing the activation and deactivation of mentioned services.
- Sales of recharge cards.
Providing services
- Providing PSTN, WLL, GSM prepaid and postpaid numbers and making transactions connected telephone numbers: Sim replacement, reissue, temporary suspension, etc.
- Intercity calls and telephone subscription fee payment.
Providing information to customers
- Providing information to subscribers on their invoices, advance payments and status changes.
- Providing information to customers about the balance, status, terms, tariffs of prepaid cards.
- Informing customers about new services and tariff plans by providing corresponding flyers.
Reporting and paperwork
- Cash assets accounting.
- Submitting daily reports.
Other functions
- Ensuring working relationship with other Units' employees.
Qualifications and requirements
- Knowledge of the Armenian and Russian languages
- Knowledge of English language is prefferable
- Good knowledge of the MS Office
- Secondary education
- Good communication skills
